I agree to follow all rules and policies put in place by Runaway Bull Farm. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in injury and/or being asked to leave the premises.

I understand that all ticket sales are final, and no refunds are allowed.

I give permission on behalf of myself and any invitees in my party for photographs and/or video while engaged in farm activities, and for these images to be used by Runaway Bull Farm in promotional materials and websites. I understand that representatives of the local media could also be present at any time and may have taken photographs, audio and video of participants.

I understand that Pets are NOT allowed at Runaway Bull Farm and should NOT be kept in your car in the parking lot.

I understand that due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, outdoor activities may be closed at any time. Runaway Bull Farm will make updates on their website and Facebook page if a closure occurs.

I understand that minors must be always accompanied by an adult.

I understand that Runaway Bull Farm is a working farm as well as a natural environment, and as such has a variety of uneven walking surfaces, including sometimes slippery, muddy conditions and other hazards related to its activities.
As the ticket purchaser, I agree to these terms for each member in my party, and I agree to provide this information to each member.

I agree to hold harmless and do forever release Runaway Bull Farm and its owners, employees and persons involved for all current and future liability related to this visit.

I understand that Runaway Bull Farm is a working farm and has equipment and debris on the property and that I will keep myself safe and not engage in dangerous activities. I understand the farm has real live farm animals that could kick, bite, attack, buck, charge, etc., and is not responsible for any harm or injury caused by such animal. I promise to respect and be kind to all the farm animals.
